These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and to the acupuncture services provided by Banstead Acupuncture, operated by Lindsay Day, at 140 Nork Way, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1HP.
By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Acupuncture treatment is provided by Lindsay Day, a licensed acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). All treatment is carried out in accordance with BAcC codes of professional conduct and safe practice.
Acupuncture is a complementary therapy. It is not a substitute for conventional medical care. You are encouraged to continue any treatment prescribed by your GP or hospital consultant and to inform them that you are receiving acupuncture.
Results vary between individuals. No specific outcomes or guarantees are made or implied regarding the effectiveness of treatment.
Before your first treatment, you will be asked to provide information about your health history and to give informed consent to treatment. You may withdraw your consent and discontinue treatment at any time.
Current treatment fees are listed on our fees page and are also shown when booking online. Fees are subject to change and any changes will be communicated in advance of your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, bank transfer and card payments are accepted.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the full appointment fee.
To make changes to your booking, please contact us by phone or email.
Online bookings are managed through Cliniko, a third-party practice management system. By booking online, you agree to Cliniko's terms and privacy policy.
